MONTREAL, Canada, March 30, 2017 – 8D Technologies, leading bike share supplier part of the Motivate family, is extremely honoured to be named as a finalist for the 2017 Mercuriades awards that recognizes excellence and innovation in Quebec businesses.

8D is in the running as one of the finalists in the category of Web and mobile technology development for small and medium-enterprises (SMEs) in Quebec for the successful OPUS for BIXI transit card integration project. The Mercuriades award for Web and mobile technology honours initiatives taken in the development or integration of a digital platform that improves a business process, service or a product.

The grand prizes will be award to the winners in each of the categories at a gala on April 24th, 2017 in Montreal’s Palais de congrès.
