• 8D is ranked amongst the Top100 of Canadian champions in growth, according to Profit Magazine and l’Actualité (2002). 8D, with its growth rate of 1,531%, also ranked 4th in Quebec and 44th in Canada amongst 100 companies with the highest growth rates for the past five years.

• 8D is included in the Fast 50 (Canada), Deloitte & Touche’s (2002) listing that features technological companies with the most remarkable growth over the previous three years.

• 8D is included in the Fast 500 (Canada & United States), Deloitte & Touche’s (2002) listing that features technological companies with the most remarkable growth over the previous three years.

• 8D wins the prestigious top international Duke’s Choice Award from Sun Microsystems, for its Automated Parking Management System. This award recognizes the "best of the best" among the most creative uses of Java technology around the world as judged by Sun CEO Scott McNealy and Java creator James Gosling.

• 8D was one of the finalists for the Canadian Innovation Award - Innovative Business of the Year 2004 for the province of Québec. These awards honour a Québec business that has implemented new processes, developed new products, and taken a new "out of the box" approach to the market during the last 5 years in order to better compete in the global market place.

• 8D is one of the Quebec companies chosen by the Ministère des Finances du Québec to illustrate success stories in the quest for excellence in the advanced technologies economical sector in the 2005 edition of the “Economic and Financial Profile of Quebec” brochure. This recognition underlines the success of the Automated Parking Management System (8D APMS™) developed and commercialized by 8D.

• 8D is one of the finalists for the 2005 INNOVATION Awards presented by the ADRIQ, Quebec's primary business network for technology leaders in the new economy. 8D Technologies is a finalist in the "Innovation /Product" category for the Automated Parking Management System (8D APMSTM).

• Isabelle Bettez was the co-recipient of the 2005 Sara Kirke Award awarded by the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATAAlliance). The Sara Kirke Award rewards a woman who, in CATA’s wording, “has shown the most outstanding technological innovation and corporate leadership – leadership that has significantly expanded the frontiers of Canada’s advanced technology industry”.

• Isabelle Bettez wins the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal Tribute prize - Exceptional Woman 2004. The prize honors exceptional women, who, in their respective spheres of activity, have distinguished themselves through their extraordinary careers and accomplishments. The women honored since 1991 are a source of inspiration to all women of talent, and recognized for their remarkable contributions to the progress of our society.
