8D professional service offerings included a full range of services oriented toward LINUX, UNIX, TCP/IP, JAVA and wireless technologies – network architecture, project management and system maintenance, Linux and Java training, custom application development, etc. Based on this expertise and international experience, 8D began in 2002 the commercialization of award-winning Automated Parking Management System (8D APMS^TM), one of the world’s most advanced parking management and payment solutions, followed in 2008 by the self-serve bicycle rental solution.

8D is proud to offer today the complete parking/biking payment and management solution, hardware and software, including its state-of-the-art multimedia high tech terminal. This unique hybrid solar powered parking / biking solution is based on 8D core Java-based software & hardware platforms. Anything that can be sold using a ticket can be sold through 8D’s complete solution: parking, public bicycle rental, bus, train, museum, events, etc., using a variety of payment methods from credit cards to smartcards, including cell phone payment, cash, RFID, etc.

Although 8D’s competence and specific expertise to fulfill clients’ needs (either corporate or institutional) is now mostly dedicated to the development of its own products, 8D still provides services related to its core solutions: customized add-ons and specific features, hosting, payment services, training on components of 8D’s solutions, etc.
